What this covers
These terms govern ssd-technologies.com, the company site of SSD Technologies LLC. Each product the studio operates carries its own terms, and those govern the product. Nothing here changes them.
Using the site
Read it, link to it, quote it with attribution. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or present it as your own.
What you send us
Sending a message through the contact form does not create a contract, a partnership, or a confidentiality obligation. If you need something held in confidence, say so before you send it and wait for us to agree in writing.
We may act on ideas that arrive unsolicited. If your proposal overlaps something already on our roadmap, we owe you nothing for the overlap. This is the ordinary position for unsolicited submissions and it is stated here so it is not a surprise later.
Our products
Payfair is publicly available and governed by its own terms. Polymish is not publicly available; describing it here is not an offer of access, and a request for access may be declined without a reason.
Ownership
The SSD Technologies name, the mark, the product names, and the text and design of this site belong to SSD Technologies LLC. Third-party names appearing on this site — the ride-hailing services Payfair compares among them — belong to their respective owners and are used to identify those services, not to imply endorsement or affiliation.
Accuracy
Figures on this site describe the studio and its products at the time of writing and are not warranties. Prices shown in product illustrations are examples, not quotes. Status labels reflect our best current statement of what is running.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, SSD Technologies LLC is not liable for loss arising from your use of it, from a decision you made on the strength of something written here, or from an interruption in its availability.
Governing law
The laws of the State of Delaware, United States, govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
